self service kiosk
Joint with IBM, Hengstar has marketed our Kiosk Banking into bank financial system. This Kiosk Banking is a self-service kiosk, which integrated with a PC system, a touchscreen LCD display, a 2nd-generation ID card recognition, an union pay card reader, a receipt printer and a metal keyboard. It can play the role of line-up, ID card copy and form fill. Bank clerk retrieves the prepared files from the Kiosks through bank intranet, check the information's correctness and print a related note for customer's signature, a transaction is closed ! For most of the paper works are done on the Kiosk Banking, clerks don't need to input transaction information again. A clerk can take charge of several Kiosks, thus the work efficiency is improved.
