Capacitive touch screens are coated with a transparent metal layer on a glass plate as a conductive body, and there are narrow electrodes on the four sides of the touch screen to form a low-voltage AC electric field in the conductive body. When a finger touches the metal layer, when a conductive object touches, the capacitance of the contact will be changed, and the current from the four electrodes will flow to the contact. The controller can determine the position information of the touch through the current. Because the capacitance changes with temperature, humidity, or ground conditions, its stability is poor, and drift tends to occur.
