As an electronic device, the monitor can burn out due to long-term work. The water mist problem of the outdoor environmental display screen is caused by the change of the material, structure and environment of the display itself. The conventional response method is to do waterproof treatment on the outside of the screen, and use the LCD screen frame sticking process on the side to complete the closed management, which can avoid the occurrence of water mist inside and affect the operation of the whole machine.

Because the display is not a sealed port. There are many ventilation and heat dissipation holes on it, so the monitor must do the following three measures to achieve a waterproof structure:
The first layer, the surface of the LCD screen is waterproof, and an acrylic protective layer is made on the top of the display screen (or the touch screen and the LCD screen are fully bonded), and then the protective layer is glued firmly;
The second layer, the entire circuit board is covered with neutral waterproof glue, so that the LCD circuit board is immersed in the glue, of course, the glue needs to be neutral, not acid-alkaline, otherwise it will corrode the components;
After the third layer and the outer casing are assembled, apply waterproof glue on the joints of the outer casing, so that the entire LCD hardware part and the outer frame are connected, installed and fixed to be airtight.
The above three points are indispensable, but even this can ensure that nothing is lost, and there is no guarantee that a little water vapor will not get in. After all, water molecules can be said to be pervasive, and the mother of what we do is to minimize the appearance of water vapor.
